1.1 All bookings must be confirmed in advance via phone, email, or our website contact form.

1.2 Payment can be made by cash or card at the time of service, or by prior arrangement.

1.3 Prices quoted are fixed at the time of booking and include all standard waiting time.

1.4 Additional charges may apply for excessive waiting time beyond the complimentary period.

2.1 Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance incur no charge.

2.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2.3 No-shows will be charged the full journey cost.

2.4 We reserve the right to cancel services due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances.

3.1 We provide professional chauffeur-driven vehicles for airport transfers.

3.2 All vehicles are fully licensed, insured, and regularly maintained.

3.3 We monitor flight times and adjust pickup times accordingly for airport transfers.

3.4 Complimentary waiting time is 15 minutes for domestic flights and 30 minutes for international flights.

4.1 Passengers must provide accurate pickup and destination details.

4.2 Flight details must be provided for airport transfers to enable tracking.

4.3 Passengers must inform us of any changes to their requirements as soon as possible.

4.4 Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents.

5.1 Glen Parva Travel carries full commercial vehicle insurance and public liability insurance.

5.2 Our liability is limited to the cost of the journey in case of service failure.

5.3 We are not liable for missed flights due to circumstances beyond our control.

5.4 Passengers are advised to allow adequate time for their journey.

6.1 We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.2 Personal information is used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

6.3 We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.

7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by English law.

7.2 Any disputes will be resolved through the English courts.

7.4 If any part of these terms is deemed invalid, the remainder shall continue to apply.
